charges on an invoice that will be e-mailed to you monthly. You can also view
your bill online at any time by visiting
https://www.chilitech.net/AccountCenter.
Can I view my
call history and billing information online?
Yes. You can view your inbound and outbound call history as
well as other billing information online at any time by visiting the
Account Center.
What payment
methods are available?
For your convenience, your ChiliTech Digital Voice bill can
be paid automatically by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express) or direct withdraw from a checking or savings account.
How do I find
the per-minute calling rate to another country?
The per-minute calling rates to all international
destinations are available on the International Rates section
of our web site. To find the rate to a particular location, type the name (or
partial name) of the location in the box and click the "Search" button. The
search results will include the country dialing code and per-minute rate to all
of the locations that match your search phrase.
