What Does ChiliTech Consider Personal Information?

Aggregate Information
Aggregate information about Customers and Visitors may be shared with ChiliTech affiliates or media partners for the purposes of market trends analysis and research. This aggregate information cannot in any way be related to individual Customers or Visitors. Such aggregate information includes: web site traffic statistics, demographic statistics, usage trends, and referral source statistics.

Cookies on the ChiliTech Web Site
ChiliTech uses cookies to collect generalized traffic information on the ChiliTech web site. Cookies may also be used to store preference information on customizable pages. All cookies on the ChiliTech web site are generated and read only by ChiliTech. Cookies on the ChiliTech web site do not include sensitive information and are not used to track your web surfing outside of the ChiliTech web site. ChiliTech does not require that Customers or Visitors accept cookies in order to use the web site, but access to certain features, such as the Account Manager and Personalized Start Page, may be limited without accepting cookies (otherwise, we cannot verify your identity while accessing these features).

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the personal information of Customers or Visitors is illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

E-mail Correspondence
E-mail correspondence sent to ChiliTech is responded to by using the return e-mail address on the original message. ChiliTech does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share the return e-mail address with any third party.
